Through our programs, participants develop a deep self-awareness of how their cultural background can be an asset to their effectiveness as leaders, as well as how to reconcile cultural differences in a way that works best for them and their organizations. Participants are coached on how to effectively demonstrate the benefits and strengths of cutlural diverse leadership to their organizations. Through the leadership tools and skills learned and networking experiences, participants gain impetus to energize their careers and advance to leadership positions.
Highlighted in each program are team community projects where participants work with highly regarded non-profit agencies to achieve tangible results.
